什么是个人物品类快件？ 

个人物品类快件是指海关法规规定自用、合理数量范围内的进出境的旅客分离运输行李物品、亲友间相互馈赠物品和其他个人物品。个人物品类应该符合以下两个原则：

1、“个人自用”的原则。个人自用的定义：符合家庭日常使用或个人日常使用的物品。曾经有客户寄送实验性网片，海关要求进行商用品报关，需要准备各种单据和委托书，外加操作费，时间长费用大。所以，如果对所寄送的物品性质没有把握，请联系我们的客服。如是食品、保健品、快消品以个人3个月的使用量为限。

2、1000元人民币限值原则。单个包裹内，如多个物品，则总价值尽量控制在1000人民币以内。

以上2个原则需要同时满足，才可归入个人物品类快件。
